Vendor Information and Application

The Leather Institute For Education - Detroit (L.I.F.E. - Detroit) would like to invite you to participate in our annual Detroit Area Rough Kinkfest Weekend) D.A.R.K. Weekend, taking place Friday, February 4th  through Sunday, February 6th. We are looking for vendors to complete our vendor market, which will be open on Saturday from Noon to 6:30 p.m., and we would like you to be part of this event.

Vendor Spaces

Vendor Space are $20 and will include a table, if needed, and your name in our Metra / Cruise Ad . The size of the space is 8' x 8'. There will be room available for 11 vendors. Spaces will be on a "first come - first served" basis. The deadline for vendors to reserve a table is Wednesday, January 26, 2005. Doors open for set-up at 10:00 a.m., with the vendor area open to the public at noon. Included in this $20 fee would be your company's name listed in an advertisement we are planning to place in Cruise Magazine and Metra Magazine in the issues before the event.

For an additional $15 your company's address, or for $20 your company's address and logo would be included in the advertisement  as a "business card sized" ad, in the program planned for the D.A.R.K. Weekend Program. If you would like to have the address and/or logo included, it would have to be e-mailed for inclusion in the advertisement (camera ready) no later than Monday, January 17th for set-up. Please e-mail the logo/graphic to hardguy24u@aol.com.

Separately, all vendors names will be listed in the D.A.R.K. Weekend program, which will be distributed to everyone attending.

Clubs and Organizations

Clubs and Organizations spaces are free, and consist of a shared space for displaying information or literature. The deadline to reserve your organization is Wednesday, January 26, 2005. The space will be set-up alongside the "Speakers Table" area. There will be space for your club or organization in front of the space for attendees to meet, talk with and answer questions they may have about you and your organization. The entry fee would be waived for the weekend for only one member (whomever your "designate" is) of the club or organization  in attendance, provided they wear your "colors". Please provide the name of your designate at the time of registration.

Your club or organization will be listed in the D.A.R.K. Weekend program, which will be distributed to everyone attending.
